We are the A&M of A&M Inc.—Essentially You! With over 17 years of collaboration and nearly 60 years of combined experience in the beauty industry, we opened our doors in September 2021. Since then, we have focused on developing our salon company by investing in growth & development. We have added professional technology that links together for a seamless experience for client and staff alike. Our Phorest POS system integrates directly to a fully developed and managed website with online booking. We have hired Summit Salons to help us build our back end and business structure. We have created many relationships with leading brands & distributors so that we can continue to get access to the best training and products.

This strategic decision was made to ensure the sustainability of our salon and to achieve our initial goal- create a salon company that provides stable, rewarding careers in our community while providing top notch customer service utilizing the most up to date education, technology & talent.

Having spent decades honing our skills and working within diverse salon models, we have a deep understanding of the challenges faced in building a career in beauty and what it takes to succeed. We are dedicated to fostering an environment where stylists can not only train, learn, and grow but also truly thrive.

What We Offer

Custom Compensation: Your experience and goals matter to us. We offer a commission-based level system that grows as you do—so your hard work always pays off.
Product Commission: Earn 10–20% commission on all retail sales. We carry three full haircare lines, one skincare line, and one natural wellness brand to support a wide range of client needs.
Professional Development & Career Planning: Learn, grow, and succeed with support from our Summit Salon Systems partnership. From pay structure to leadership development, your path is clearly mapped.
Paid Training: Get paid to grow. Take advantage of in-house training, mentorship from master stylists, and external education opportunities to earn CEUs.
Flexible Scheduling: We hire for both full-time and part-time roles. Choose what works for you—including unpaid time off when needed.
Paid Vacation: All team members—part-time and full-time—earn PTO to rest, recharge, and come back inspired.
Online Booking & Digital Support: Our managed website with built-in booking integrates with a professional POS system and mobile app.
Complete Client Management: Enjoy features like text/email marketing, appointment reminders, and the ability to message clients through the app—no personal number required. Clients also benefit from a built-in loyalty program.
